Biogenesis Labs is a private research laboratory in Cambridge, United Kingdom. We characterise small-molecule kinase inhibitors and study the FGFR3 pathway in preclinical models — all materials are research-grade and handled under laboratory protocol.
We run a small, focused portfolio of programs. Each is built around careful compound characterisation, dose–response profiling and pathway-level readouts in preclinical systems.
Our core program studies the fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) axis in FGFR3-altered preclinical models. We maintain a curated set of first- and next-generation FGFR inhibitors for comparative potency, selectivity and structure–activity studies, with particular interest in mutant-selective inhibition.
Every compound entering our programs is fully characterised before use: identity and purity by LC-MS/MS, batch profiling by HPLC, and stability checks under storage conditions. Incoming research materials are verified against supplier certificates of analysis.
We run cell-based and biochemical readouts to profile inhibitor behaviour across concentration series, generating the IC50/EC50 and selectivity data that anchor our comparative studies. Selected preprints are available on request.
A compact, fully equipped analytical and cell-biology facility in Cambridge. All work follows internal SOPs; biological materials are handled in a BSL-2 environment.
